Bernard Tollett Oxfordshire Cup
Dave Taylor and Shahbaz Ali hit stunning centuries as Kidlington rattled up a massive 250-1 to blitz hosts Horspath by 101 runs in the second round.
Taylor, having survived a big shout for a stumping earlier in his innings, hammered 119 with eight sixes and eight fours, and Shahbaz smashed an unbeaten 100 with five sixes and nine fours.
Commenting on the stumping, which many Horspath fielders felt was out, Taylor said: "Had I known that my bat was in the air, I would have walked.
"I think I was on about 80 at the time. With the batting to come, it would not have made much difference.
"Duncan Bradshaw may have come in and hit it further than me."
Horspath made 149-6 in reply with Jamil Faruq taking 3-13.
Oxford eased to a 37-run victory at Great & Little Tew.
Stewart Laudat made 55 and Shamilal Mendis 45 to take Oxford to 145-4, before Tew were held to 108-9.
Abingdon Vale beat Witney Mills by five wickets in a match reduced to 17 overs.
Mills made 90-7, and Vale got home with five balls to spare.
