Oxford United supporters at the Milk Cup parade
THERE has been an excellent response from Oxford United supporters to our appeal for your memories of the Milk Cup final.
The Oxford Mail are publishing a special 48-page supplement in April to mark the 30th anniversary of the U’s win at Wembley.
It will include stories from supporters – and the initial reaction has prompted that section to be expanded.
There is still time to tell us your tale and we are particularly looking for fans who were involved in hanging banners over the M40 bridges and any unusual stories about the celebratory bus parade.
