BRADLEY Smith hopes to continue his good run of form in the Czech Republic Grand Prix at Brno this weekend.
The Monster Yamaha Tech3 rider, from Forest Hill, near Oxford, is fifth in the MotoGP standings on 97 points after a sixth-place finish in last weekend’s Red Bull Indianapolis GP.
Smith has finished as the top satellite rider – a team linked to a larger-funded manufacturer – in six of this year’s ten races.
The 24-year-old, who was seventh fastest in yesterday’s first practice session says he is looking forward to racing at Brno.
He said: “The big hills and undulating corners are good fun to ride on the Yamaha and I think we can do a thorough job there this weekend.
“As always our plan is to get up to speed as soon as possible."
