JAMES Deabill bagged the highest finish of the week as Black Bull edged East Oxford Conservative Club 5-4 in Section 3 of the Greene King ODDA Summer League.
Deabill’s check-out of 132 saw him beat East Oxford captain Ade Bowden.
Meanwhile, Red Lion A got their first win of the season with a 5-4 victory at Masons Arms C.
Michael Kearns’s maximums were in vain as Windrush Social Club let slip a 2-0 lead to go down 5-4 to Challow British Legion in an all-Premier Section clash.
Kearns, who hit two 180s, and Tom Bauchan, gave Windrush an early lead, but Challow stormed back.
Victories for Jamie Cross, Pete Jones, Kevin Wilkins, and Mark Pryde put them 4-2 ahead.

Despite losing the pairs 2-1, Challow won 5-4.
In Section 2, Kidlington Green Social Club A convincingly beat Democrats Social Club A 7-2.
With Democrats holding a 2-1 lead, wins from John Fowler, Rob Smith, and Mark Stocker, plus a 3-0 pairs success, helped Kidlington to victory.
George Bar C inflicted a first defeat upon Chequers Inn B.
Martin Atherton gave George an early lead, before Andy Jones and Steve Coling hit back for 2-1.
The hosts went on to open up a 4-2 advantage and held on for a 5-4 victory, despite a 2-1 loss in the pairs.
In the ladies league, Six Bells A shocked Marston British Legion to end their unbeaten run in Section 3.
Rebecca Jacques, Lisa Mould and Nicki Hawkins gave Six Bells a 3-0 lead.
Tina Spackman’s victory ensured they ended the singles 4-2 ahead and a 2-1 pairs win saw them triumph 6-3.
