Lucy Brown won at North Oxford
Lucy Brown battled back from a set down to beat Emily Appleton and advance to the quarter-finals of the Aegon British Tour event at North Oxford LTC.
Oxford’s Brown, seeded second, won 3-6, 6-3, 6-4 and faces Eden Richardson in the last eight today.
In the men’s draw, Alexis Canter, from Long Wittenham, was beaten 7-5, 6-2 by Ravi Patel.
