BANBURY United Under 14s won the Butlins ESF Festival of Football in Minehead – and had a special treat when Stuart Pearce presented them with their trophy.

The team did not concede in their five matches, and automatically qualify for the final of the competition, which takes place later this year at the University of Warwick Football Centre.

Banbury’s Dewain Clarke said: “For the team to meet Stuart Pearce topped off a fantastic weekend.”
