London Welsh have snapped up second row Brendon Snyman and centre Thretton Palamo.
They become the Oxford-based club’s 14th and 15th new signings this summer.
South African Snyman, 30, joins from French Pro D2 side Montauban and can also provide cover at No 8.
Palamo has been capped five times by the United States of America and has been named in their 50-man World Cup training squad.
The 26-year-old will join the Exiles on loan from Saracens after the World Cup at the end of October.
Last month he played a starring role as his country won their first World Rugby HSBC Sevens World Series title at Twickenham.
Steve Lewis, Welsh’s director of rugby, said: “We are delighted to have secured the services of Brendon and Thretton for the forthcoming season.
“Brendon will add a real competitive edge to our forward pack.
“Thretton is an exciting talent and we are grateful to Saracens for releasing him to us.
“I first saw him play at the IRB 7s in San Diego a few years ago and his talent was pretty obvious."
