Minster Lovell marched on at the top of OCA League Division 1 after romping to a ninewicket victory at home to Oxenford.
In a match reduced to 28 overs per side by the wet weather, Minster dismissed their visitors for 87 as Jack Simpson returned the remarkable figures of 4-6 from his 3.5 overs.
Minster wasted little time reaching their target, despite losing captain Nathan Harris for a duck, as they raced to 88-1, Harry Ebsworth hitting 50 not out and Simpson 31 not out.
Great Horwood kept up the pressure on the leaders with a 92-run win over visiting Chadlington.
Dale Armitage (56no) and Sam Willett (56) led Horwood to 175-3 in a rain-reduced clash, before Matthew McStraw returned 5-35 to restrict Chadlington to 83-8.
Radley are only two points behind Horwood after they saw off hosts Stonesfield by seven wickets in another match reduced in overs.
Stonesfield managed only 92-8 in their 25 overs, before Matt Launchbury struck 46 not out to steer Radley to 93-3.
In Division 2, Broughton & North Newington edged out hosts Clifton Hampden by an agonising seven runs.
In a 25-over match, Broughton were bowled out for 149 as Andy Parsons hit 46 and Stuart Walton 41.
Clifton got close, but came up just short on 142-9. Wantage won by six-wickets at East & West Hendred.
Restricting their hosts to 171-9, Wantage eased to 176-4, thanks largely to Barry Martin’s 68 not out.
Sat Vadivale took 4-9 to help Marsh Gibbon to a 46-run win at home to Chipping Norton.
Matt Mead’s 38 led Marsh to 124-8, Mark Jarvis taking 6-40 from his seven overs, before Chippy were shot out for 78 in reply.
Jeremy Talbot was the star of the show for Cairns Fudge as they triumphed by five wickets at Tetsworth in their Division 3 encounter.
Talbot took 5-34 in ten overs and Steve Shaw 4-33 to help dismiss the hosts for just 81. And Talbot wasn’t done there, as his unbeaten 44 led Fudge to 83-5 and victory.
Chesterton brushed aside Watlington by 79 runs.
After posting 158-9, with Phil Lowe top-scoring on 39, Chesterton dismissed their visitors for 79 as Paul Davies took 4-25 and Lee Price 3-20.
Leaders Wootton & Boars Hill eased past visitors Fringford by seven wickets. Tom Crowe, Mick Wiskin and Damien Wiskin all took three wickets as Fringford were bowled out for 117.
Shaun Morton (44) and Ben Tew (36) shone for Wootton as they reached 121-3. Wolvercote stayed second, following a routine 70-run win at home to Eynsham.
Richard Oliver top-scored with 45 in Wolvercote’s 160-8, and it proved way beyond Eynsham, who were all out for 90, Rhys Davies taking 3-25.
Five wickets for Richard Brown helped Hanborough to a five-wicket win away to Westcott. The hosts fell to 90 all out as Brown took 5-13 and Jonathan Ayris 4-10.
Rob Lovick then hit 30 not out to lead Hanborough to 91-5. Kidlington beat Swinbrook by 98 runs at home to stay clear at the top of Division 4.
Waseem Azad hit 52 as Kidlington were all out for 143, Nigel White taking 4-43. But Swinbrook were then shot out for just 45, thanks to Muhammad Usman (3-0) and Tom Bozman (3-15).
Brothers Josh and Dan Bishop starred for Kilkenny in an 83-run win at Britwell Salome. Josh struck 75 and Dan 34 to help Kilkenny to 172 all out, Neil Lawrence taking 4-26 and Adam McConkey 4-35.
McConkey then top-scored with 30 for Britwell, but the hosts fell to 89 all out.
Stanton Harcourt saw off visitors Deddington 2nd by eight wickets.
Luke Pettifer got 5-20 and Andy Walker (3-24) reduced Deddington to 99 all out.
Stanton got home in the 18th over, Joel Graham scoring 38 not out.
Uffington beat visitors Hailey by four wickets. Hailey were bowled out for 122, Adam Shorten (3-3) and Tom Fillery (3-51) doing the damage before Uffington reached 123-6.
Giles Blanchard made 43.
Former Horspath and Buckinghamshire player Andy Wynd proved a class above at Faringdon 2nd as he single-handedly secured a ten-wicket win for Brill in Division 6.
Wynd returned amazing figures of 8-6 from 7.3 overs to skittle Faringdon for just 48.
He then hit 24 not out to see Brill to 51-0 inside seven overs.
There were six-wicket hauls on either side as Bampton edged out visitors Kidlington 2nd by two wickets.
Julian Easterbrook took superb figures of 6-13 to dismiss Kidlington for 57.
In a nervy run-chase, Bampton edged in at 58-8, despite 6-22 from Arshad Siddique.
Westbury 2nd ran out seven-wicket winners at Chipping Norton 2nd.
Chippy posted a useful total of 150-6 in their 35 overs, Michael Tompkins hitting 55.
But Olly Tice (49no), Harry Smith (48) and Michael Markham (35) then saw Westbury to 152-3.
Sunningwell eased to an eight-wicket win at home to Kennington to stay clear at the top of Division 5.
In a match reduced to 25 overs a side, Sunningwell dismissed their visitors for 89 with Jack Todd taking 3-12, Martin Waugh 3-24 and Ben Roberts 3-25.
Despite losing an early wicket, Sunningwell eased to their target at 92-2 as Thomas Harris hit 44 not out.
Minster Lovell 2nd moved to second after a two-wicket win at home to Charlbury 2nd.
The visitors set 156-7 in their 35 overs, Dave Cox hitting 51.
But Minster edged to victory at 160-8 as Elliott Crowther top-scored with 60.
West Witney crashed to an eight-wicket defeat at home to West Ilsley.
They were skittled out for 83 in a 33-over a side match as Wayne Lyford took 5-32 and Andy Brown 4-45.
Adam Barnes then hit 43 not out to lead Ilsley to 86-2.
Steve Townsend’s all-round show helped Ducklington to a 78-run win at Swinbrook 2nd in Division 8.
Ducklington were all out for 176, Kane Lewis top-scoring with 51, while Mark Reed took 5-37.
Townsend then took 5-12 as Swinbrook crashed to 98 all out, despite 58 from their topscorer Thomas Lord.
Witney Swifts 2nd ended the unbeaten record of visitors Wootton & Boars Hill with a thrilling seven-run win.
Swifts were bowled out for 147, with Marcus Charman the pick of the Wootton bowlers with 4-44. The visitors then fell to 140 all out in their reply as Andy Purdie took 3-48.
In Division 9, Jerry May returned magnificent figures of 8-35 to help Hanney 2nd to a 21-run victory at home to leaders Risinghurst 2nd. Asif Khan had taken 5-29 for Risinghurst as Hanney were bowled out for only 95.
But Risinghurst would have reckoned without May’s extraordinary bowling performance as they were skittled out for 74 in reply.
Chesterton 2nd ran out 49-run winners at Eynsham 2nd. Alfie Appleton hit 70 not out as Chesterton rattled up 184-8.
James Vickers then took centre stage returning 5-37 to help dismiss the hosts for 135.
Just one match survived the rain in Division 10 as Stanton Harcourt 2nd won by four wickets at Deddington 2nd.
Scott Hambridge took 3-26 to help dismiss the hosts for 92, before Ryan Wastie hit 36 in Stanton Harcourt’s 95-6.
