Woodstock moved a step closer to qualifying for the Aegon Men’s County League Division 1 regional play-offs after defeating Bicester 10-2.
Both sides entered the match unbeaten, but Woodstock took home advantage by winning the singles 3-1, before bringing in experience to secure both doubles and their 100 per cent record.
Not all hope is lost for Bicester, who can still qualify if Oxford Sports defeat Woodstock 10-2 when the sides meet on June 21.
Oxford Sports, who beat Portcullis 12-0, still cannot qualify ahead of Bicester, even if they see off Woodstock.
