Oxfordshire Girls fell to an eight-wicket defeat against Warwickshire in the ECB Women’s Under 17 County Championship Twenty20 at Bicester & North Oxford.
Oxon were held to 89-8 after being put in to bat, with only opener Eliza Goode (27) making any impact as Katie Stanislas (5-10) did the damage.
Georgia Davis then hit an unbeaten 34 as Warwickshire cruised to 93-2, with 5.2 overs to spare.

OXFORDSHIRE posted a 38-run victory against Shropshire in the ECB Women’s Under 15 County Championship A Division Group 2 at Abingdon Vale.
Jacqui Mayo (45), Sophie Mitchelmore (33) and captain Ellie Noble (30) made useful contributions as Oxon scored 181-9 off their 40 overs after electing to bat.
Ashleigh Heath (4-20) was the pick of the Shropshire attack, and she then hit an unbeaten 43, but it couldn’t prevent the visitors from being bowled out for 143.
Noble (2-13) and Mayo (2-30) were the most successful Oxon bowlers.

OXFORDSHIRE Girls' Under 11s suffered a nine-wicket defeat by Berkshire in a friendly at Lambrook School, Winkfield Row, Windsor.
Tessa Slater made 39 as Oxon were restricted to 107-5 off their 25 overs after being put in to bat.
Berkshire were reduced to 1-1 by a run out, but then Lauren Turner (52no) saw them home.
Scores: Oxon Under 11 107-5 (25 ovs, T Slater 39), Berkshire 110-1 (20.3 ovs, L Turner 52no).
