ROB Lewis, Ben Pienaar and Chris Elder have become the lastest players to re-sign for Oxford-based London Welsh.
The trio have joined ten of the current squad in agreeing new deals.
With three games remaining in the Aviva Premiership, Welsh have already been relegated after losing all 19 of their games so far this season.
Scrum half Lewis recently made his 100th league apperance for the Exiles, while Pienaar joined Welsh in 2013 from Moseley.
Elder marked his Premiership debut in the 40-13 defeat to Wasps on April 12 by scoring a try, his sixth in 12 appearances for the club since signing from Plymouth Albion last summer.
Director of rugby, Steve Lewis said: "These are three quality players who have a huge amount of experience between them and who have shown that they have the ability to play in the Premiership, so we are delighted to have retained their services for next season's Championship campaign.
