Concentration lapses and perhaps over confidence led to a 35-14 loss to London Irish.
Weybridge were despatched 42-5 in the semi-final with Graeme Crapper and Stuart Waknell kicking all their conversions.
Despite using all their squad, Quins' injuries took their toll after they led 12-7 in the final. The last two minutes saw Crawley score twice and pull away to a 21-12 win.
