FALCON RC, Oxford, overcame damage to two boats en route to Northampton to gain 11 wins in the Head of the Nene Regatta.
The host club came to their rescue with the loan of their own boats.
Most successful of the juniors was Joe Mullett, who coxed the J15 boys quad comprising of Josh Simmons, Martin Benfeghoul, Rory Pearce and Joel Garden and the senior women’s four of Elizabeth Cottrell, Annabel Crowther, Mary-Heather Crowther and Katja Sauerbier.
Mullett won his third pot in the J14 quad with Tijs Van Laer, Aeneas Chapman, Gabe Smith and cox, Paula Fuentes. Smith also won the boys J14 single title.
Garden and Pearce added the J15 doubles crown, while Emily Tadesse won the WJ14 double with Cicely LoBreglio.
Other junior wins were in the J15 single (Tom Hehir) andWJ16 double (Millie Powell and Ciara Keown).
