Crowmarsh's unbeaten record in the Oxford Mail Girls League Under 13 Division was shattered with a 4-0 defeat at home to Kidlington Hawks.
Mia Thompson struck twice for the visitors, while Polly Hipkiss and Katie Appleton also scored.
Kidlington came back from two goals down to secure a 2-2 draw at Aylesbury United in the Oxon & Bucks Girls League Under 14 Division 2.
The visitors were two goals down midway through the second half, but a Libby Davidson goal and a last-gasp equaliser from Bella Gifford secured a point.
Oxford City breezed through the first round of the Oxfordshire FA Under 16 Girls’ Cup with a 10-0 win at home to Tower Hill Vixens.
City went in 3-0 up at half-time with goals from Lara Althorp, Lauren Page and Ellie Larkin.
They added seven more in the second half though Emily Young (2), Dara Austin, Rosie McCabe, Shelley Knight, Alexis Parsons and Libbie Allison.
Kidlington were 4-0 winners at Bardwell, taking a two-goal lead into the break thanks to Alexia Barry’s header and a phenomenal solo effort from Blanche Mayo.
Casey Brennan poked in a third 14 minutes into the second half, and Alice Bairstow completed the scoring three minutes later with a fierce left-footed strike from the edge of the area.
