Centre Callum Percival scored a hat-trick of tries as Abingdon won 33-10 at Slough in the Southern Counties Senior Vase semi-final.
Winger Benny Davies and prop Sam Barrett also scored tries, with full back Mark Roberts adding four conversions.
Abingdon are now at home to Swindon College Old Boys, who thrashed Hungerford 96-0, in the final on Saturday, February 14.
Dave Paton’s last-gasp try saw Harwell snatch a 25-20 home win over Risborough in the Southern Counties Junior Vase semi-final.
Harwell’s Jordan Morrison opened the scoring with a try, only for Risborough to level.
Kev Wood’s try restored Harwell’s lead, with Risborough replying with a penalty.
Risborough scored a converted try early in the second half, before Andy Lee’s try made it 15-15.
Risborough went back in front with a try, but prop Albie Welch’s try tied it up at 20-20.
Harwell are now away to East Dorset (Bournemouth) in the final on February 14.
Bicester handed hosts High Wycombe a walkover in the Southern Counties Intermediate Cup semi-final.
