OXFORDSHIRE Cricket Board are advertising for three new directors.
The OCB have launched a recruitment drive following a review at their monthly board meeting held on Monday.
The roles involve being responsible for youth player pathway, club development and a director without portfolio.
Roger Berryman is set to step down as finance director on his 75th birthday in March, with John Patey in line to succeed him.
Chairman Chris Clements remains in charge of senior cricket, with Peter O’Neill the company secretary.
The OCB’s other current director is Margaret Stevens, who is reponsible for inclusivity.
Michael Geeson-Brown retired as a board member at the annual meeting last month, although he will continue in his role as county welfare officer.
