DOMINIC Taylor hit a superb five-timer as Cumnor Minors won 6-0 at Grove in the second round of the Oxford Mail Youth League Under 15 Knockout Cup, writes PAUL LYON.
Tom Wixey also scored as Minors continued their 100 per cent record this season.
Their opponents in the third round will be Abingdon Youth, who progressed with a comfortable 5-0 victory at Blewbury Buccaneers.
Declan O’Hanlon fired in a hat-trick, while Samuel Davies and Tom Taylor also netted.
Taylor Wain scored an injury-time equaliser to give Garsington a 2-2 draw at home to Banbury United in the A League.
Two goals from Lincoln Alexander had given United the lead after Peter Kabira opened the scoring for Garsington, but Wain struck late on to ensure the points were shared.
A hat-trick from Finlay Heritage, a Harvin Savin penalty and a Jake Denton goal gave North Leigh a 5-1 home win over Oxford Blackbirds.
Kyreece Martei replied with a goal for Blackbirds, but could not prevent their third straight defeat.
In the C League, braces from Dekoye Coker and Harry Flynn gave Summertown Spartans a 4-3 victory at Kidlington Youth Comets.
Billy James, Jonah Barnes and Michael Gill scored for Comets.
Jack Bellenger hit a hat-trick, Ryan Jarvis struck twice and there were also goals for Harry Stanley and Tom Rolfe as Ducklington Sports won 7-1 at home to Kidlington Youth in the Under 14 A League. Ben Stelan grabbed a consolation.
Lewis Beeton grabbed all the goals for Goring Robins as they won 3-1 at home to Oxford Blackbirds in the B League, with Heath Cockburn on target for the away side.
Mahammad Saalax’s treble gave East Oxford United a 3-2 home victory over Wantage Town Juniors in the Under 13 D League. Milton Wilson hit a brace for Juniors.
Ruben Boodell scored twice for Abingdon United in a 2-2 C League draw at Milton United. Owen Ridley and Joseph Madge replied.
James Donovan scored three times for St Edmunds in their 4-1 away victory over Horspath Youth.
Joe Cooke also scored, with Alex McMahon netting Horspath’s reply.
A hat-trick for Louie Bumpass and two goals from Arley Watson-Pill helped Didcot Town White to a 7-5 home victory over Barton United.
Jack Hooper and Liam Vaughan also scored for the hosts, with Harry Wheeldon (2), Izaak McFarlane, Shea Tuttle and Adam Smith registering for Barton.
- LEAGUE champions Oxford City were stunned after Crowmarsh Youth hit back late to win 5-4 in the Under 11 Knockout Cup quarter-finals.
City were leading 4-3, but the visitors struck twice in the dying stages to complete a remarkable upset.
Woody Gration-Symons and Luke Bennett hit braces and Fernando Rodriguez also netted, with Mari Thomas (2), Charlie Fegan and Callum Lucas on target for the hosts.
Ardley United are also through to the semi-finals after beating Summertown Wanderers 2-0 at home. Xavier Carrel and Harvey O’Rourke scored.

Charlie Holten hit a hat-trick to give Crowmarsh Mallows a 3-0 victory at Grove Challengers in the E League, Grove Challengers Black drew 1-1 at home to Florence Park in the Under 12 A League thanks to goals from Joey Loughlin scored for Challengers and Callum Crook, for Park respectively.
Oliver Deans gave St Edmunds a 1-0 home win over Tower Hill in the B League.
Alexander Preston scored four times as Garden City won 6-4 at home to Chalgrove Cavaliers in the D League.
Ian Young and George Hetherington also netted for the hosts, with Lewis Ryan (2), Kieran Devereux and Findlay Kena on target for Cavaliers.
