The speedy trio of Diane Moore, Liz Barker and Rachel Shaw underlined the Headington women’s dominance in the second division of the Apex Sports Chiltern Cross Country League.
All achieved top-five placings in round four at Campbell Park, Milton Keynes, scoring as the top three vet 35 women.
Headington’s men were third of 17 Division 2 teams on the day, Fergus Campbell finishing as the second vet 40.
Headington have recovered from a weak start to lie in second place overall and will be vying for the title in the final meeting next month.
