The game ended 6-6 as Max Riehl hit a four-timer for Stripes, with Jack Childs and Jacob Ascam also finding the net.
Jesse Harboni hit a hat-trick for Berinsfield, with Jack Lee (2) and Jamie Honer completing the scoring.
Florence Park Blue booked their place in the final of the Under 12 KO Cup after overcoming a resilient Didcot Casuals Blue 4-1.

Benson United’s fine cup run continued with a 2-1 victory after extra time over Oxford Blackbirds to put them in the final of the Under 11 Knockout Shield.
Marcus Wood scored both goals for United and Hakkeem Omar hit the consolation goal for Blackbirds.
Abingdon Town are Benson’s opponents in the final after they overcame Didcot Town Youth White 3-1, thanks to goals from Jos Trotman, James Withers and Bradley Ward. Ben Lisemore replied for Didcot.
Ebo Aneju scored the only goal as Kennington Athetic won their first Spring League game against Horspath Youth Lions.
In the Under 13s Spring A League, Crowmarsh Youth edged their game against Cumnor Minors 2-1 thanks to great strikes from both Jordan Wells and Cameron Wernham. Freddie Nunn scored for Cumnor in a very close game.
In the Under 14 Knockout Cup, Goring Robins and Crowmarsh Youth were level at 1-1 after extra time.
Goals from Lewis Beeton and Zac Jones for the sides, respectively, sent the game into penalties, where Robins came through, winning 4-3.
In Division A, Ducklington Sports consolidated top spot with a 2-0 win over Cumnor Minors.
Goals from Ryan Jarvis and Oliver Crossley moved them further away from the chasing group of teams.
In Under 15s Division A, Purley Jubilee won 1-0 at Banbury United, thanks a goal from Conor Taylor.
Jonah Barnes hit a brace as Kidlington Youth Comets won 3-0 at Blewbury Buccaneers in Division C. Jake Evans got the other goal.
