JON Meades is hoping his lack of game time in the first half of the season will allow him to come on strongly for the remainder of the campaign.
The Welshman has started the last two games for which he has been available and with Joe Riley unlikely to return before the weekend, the 22-year-old stands a good chance of keeping his place for the visit to Dagenham & Redbridge.
Meades, who missed the whole of last season through injury, has had to be patient this term.
But with only seven games under his belt so far, the former Cardiff City youngster believes he will be fresher than many of his teammates for the second half of the campaign.
