There was relief for Grove after their tense 14-5 victory at home to Trowbridge in South West 1 East on Saturday, when it was revealed that scrum half Tom Wells was not as badly injured as first feared.
The game was switched to a neighbouring pitch, while the 20-year-old received prolonged treatment before being taken to hospital.
There was concern about his condition, but he was able to return home the same evening.
Although suffering from bad bruising, he is expected to be playing again in a few weeks.

From there, visiting second rower Charlie Bennett charged over from 30 yards for an unconverted try.
