Alice Wilkinson, from Abingdon, won the 14 & under grade four tournament at the White Horse, Leisure & Tennis Centre in her home town.
Wilkinson beat top seed Francesca Hurley, from Warwick, 6-3, 6-3 in the final to record her first success at this level.
In the 18 & under girls final, Abingdon’s Maria Karditsas lost a first-set tie-break 7-3, before succumbing 6-3 in the second.
The winner was Leicester’s Anna Galeva, who trained at Abingdon eight years ago.
OXFORDSHIRE’S Jasmine Conway made it back-to back grade 3 under ten titles with a victory at Brighton.
The ten-year-old, from Rotherfield Greys, near Henley, won 4-2, 4-1 against Hertfordshire’s Dascha Brazier in the final, to follow her success at South-ampton just before Christmas.
