East Hendred dumped Charity Shield holders Kintbury Rangers out in the first round with a 2-1 triumph at home to the North Berks League Division 1 leaders.
Joe Cummuskey scored for Kintbury, but a Joe Moss penalty and a goal for Tom Doig ensured the lower league side’s progression.
Saxton Rovers needed a penalty shoot-out to see off visitors Long Wittenham Athletic after the sides were locked at 2-2 after extra time.
Goals for Louis Bloomfield and Josh Haynes for Saxton were matched by a Joe Cheong penalty and a Liam Dewar strike for the visitors, but the home side won it 4-2 on penalties.
Lee Chapman’s brace wasn’t enough as Crowmarsh Gifford lost 3-2 at home to fellow Division 1 side Faringdon Town.
A double from Mike van der Mortel and a Josh Forth goal sealed the win.
Goals from Luke Black and Harry Routledge gave Drayton a 2-1 victory over Watlington Town, with Zach Gallagher replying for the visitors.
Division 2 side Steventon had Steve Bell and Shane Butlin sent off as they lost 6-2 against Abingdon Town.
Phil Margetts and Shaun Bray scored their goals, but strikes from Ryan Seamark (2), Rob Lightfoot (2), John Armstrong and Nathan Carter gave Town a comfortable victory.
Tom Rowe notched four goals as Division 1 Ardington & Lockinge strolled to a 5-1 win at Marcham.
Tom North grabbed their fifth, with the home side’s reply coming via an own goal.
Stanford in the Vale moved back to the top of Division 2 with a 3-1 win at Sutton Courtenay.
Dave Griffin scored a second-half double to add to Brad Gill’s early strike, while Rhys Griffiths hit a late consolation for the hosts.
Westminster were also 3-1 winners at Kintbury Rangers Res.
Seb Hickey, Mark Penner and Luke Rossiter scored their goals with Rob Denison replying for Kintbury.
A Ryan Bradbury brace and a Christian Wills strike saw Faringdon Town Res edge a tight encounter at home to Saxton Rovers Res.
Steve Steptoe and Mike Smith netted for the visitors, but couldn’t prevent them slipping to a 3-2 defeat.
In Division 3, Benson Lions crushed Abingdon Town Res 8-1.
Andy Richardson and Chris Swales both scored twice for the hosts alongside goals from Ben Wood, Alan Kilday, Alex Smallshaw and Kyle Hares, while Adam Waclawek replied.
Union Street were beaten 4-0 at home to leaders Turnpike Sports, with Kyle Sargeant (2), Gary Dredge and Tom Hitchcock on target.
Boyan Thorpe bagged a brace for Blewbury as they won 5-0 at home to Dorchester Res.
Will Reddy, Steve Sutton and Brendan Morris also found the net for the hosts.
