Ollie Smith says it will not get any easier when London Welsh visit Harlequins today.
Welsh’s 46-10 defeat to Gloucester was their fourth out of four and now they take on the 2012 champions.
“When you come up from the Championship into the Premiership, every game is going to be tough,” said assistant coach Smith.
“If you go through that Gloucester team, it was full of stars, but it was an even game for so long.

“Quins are another top team, although they are struggling a little bit this year.
“They have got quality across the board and a great academy too.”
Despite their difficulties, Smith said Welsh would not be abandoning their attacking instincts, but needed to be more streetwise.
He cited Gloucester’s second try at the Kassam Stadium last week, which stemmed from Nick Scott conceding possession as he sought to keep the ball alive, as the sort of play they need to avoid.
“We came up with the intention to play rugby and proved that by scoring those good tries at Bath,” said Smith.
“But the last 20 minutes against Sale and Gloucester saw us concede a lot of points quickly, which is a huge concern.
“Conceding back-to-back tries creates a snowball affect, which is hard to stop.”
