CHINNOR have signed Argentine prop Guido Cambareri on loan from Coventry ahead of tomorrow’s National 2 South clash at Lydney.
Cambareri goes straight into the side at tighthead as Chinnor bid to end a run of three narrow defeats.
“He will be the best No 3 prop in the league,” said director of rugby Matt Williams.
“That will make a big difference for us.

“Lydney will come at us on Saturday, but he will more than dominate.”
Cambareri and utility back Ricky Hopwood are added to the squad that lost 26-21 at home to Worthing, with prop Ian Stock dropping out.
Despite the defeat, Williams described Chinnor’s performance as “a big breakthrough”, citing their level of possession and commitment.
The game ended controversially with referee Graham Dickens failing to award a penalty try after five consecutive infringements near the visitors’ line.
Williams said: “To be told after the game by the referee that he should have awarded a penalty try was a bitter pill to swallow because that would have won us the game.
“It’s a long, long season and I’m still confident that we will be at the right end of the table.”
Hooker Stuart Philpott returns for Henley Hawks’ trip to face the Cornish All Blacks at Launceston.
Philpott is added to the squad that saw off Southend Saxons last week.
Oxford Harlequins shuffle their pack for the visit of high-flying Hornets in National 3 South West tomorrow.
Kyle Sharpe moves to loosehead prop, with Pete Boulton returning at tighthead for Quins’ first meeting with the Weston-super-Mare club.
Rupert Cowan takes over at hooker, with Liam Nichols moving to blindside flanker.
Lloyd Willocks shifts to No 8, with Allan Purchase returning at lock.
Seisoni Tupou moves to centre from No 8 and Ethan Carlisle comes in at left wing.
