Long Wave continued Chipping Norton trainer Charlie Longsdon’s sparkling run of form with victory at Market Rasen on Saturday.
The seven-year-old battled home by three-quarters of a length under Charlie Deutsch from Spoil Me in a handicap chase over an extended two miles and six furlongs.
Hook Norton trainer Peter Hiatt was on the mark at Ripon with Monarch Maid, ridden by David Parkes, in a six-furlong handicap.
Mick Channon’s West Ilsley yard also struck with Lincoln’s victory at Chester on Saturday followed by Gratzie’s success at Epsom yesterday.
