OXFORDSHIRE’S Katherine Hawes and Carole Galletly have been named in the England team for next year’s Women’s Senior International Series at Royal Leamington Spa.
Hawes, from Oxford City & County, was expected to be Oxon’s sole representative in the side.
Galletly, who plays for Banbury Central, was initially named as a travelling reserve.
But she received a recall to the side for the competition which takes place from June 14-16, 2015.

- OXFORDSHIRE’S men rounded off their friendly season with a convincing victory over Essex at Wanstead BC.
A superb display saw the visitors record a third clean sweep of the season in a 160-88 triumph.
But their hat-trick was not secured until the final end, when Ian Whelpton’s rink picked up three shots to win by one and complete the task.
David Wedge’s four starred, winning 39-5, with Chris Weller’s rink also on-song with a 34-15 success.
It was Oxon’s first away whitewash of the season and also their highest shot score.
To complete the celebrations a 100-game badge was presented to 2010 president Tony Backer-Holst.
