Groundhoppers flocked to this week’s league programme, with 192 seeing Abingdon Town comfortably beat Saxton Rovers 3-0 on Friday evening in North Berks League Division 1.
Ash Barruso put the hosts ahead before the break, with Rob Lightfoot’s second-half strike and Dan Hosier’s own goal completing the scoring.
The league staged staggered kick-offs at a number of grounds as part of its annual Groundhop weekend, allowing fans to see a number of games.
And on Saturday, Crowmarsh Gifford went down 1-0 to Wallingford Town in front of 215 spectators thanks to a superb overhead kick from Ashley Searle.

Three goals in the opening ten minutes handed Dorchester a 3-0 home win against Ardington & Lockinge, with Josh Nicholls, Jamie Fleet and Cameron Patterson on target.
Luke Fairclough was also sent off in the second half to compound the visitors’ troubles.
Berinsfield drew level with leaders Kintbury Rangers thanks to a 4-2 win at Faringdon Town.
Shane Harris, Mason Curtis, Max Palmer and Luke Holdsworth goals won it for the visitors, with Liam Humphries and Dan Oyston replying.
Long Wittenham Athletic returned to winning ways with a 6-2 win over recently-promoted Drayton.
Steve Molloy struck twice for the hosts alongside goals from Tim Barton, Andy Cooper, Callum Heapy and Matt Saunders, with Ryan Seamark and Ashley McCabe on the scoresheet for Drayton.
In Division 2, East Hendred put Marcham to the sword with a 7-1 away win, Jason Moss striking twice with Ben Hummel, Ben Sutton, Adam Wise, Tom Doig and James Hicks their other marksmen.
Stuart Armstrong added a late consolation for the home side.
Leaders Stanford in the Vale surrendered their perfect start with a surprise 2-1 defeat at Steventon, Shane Butlin’s double proving enough, despite a goal from Jamie Gregory for the visitors.
Westminster were reduced to nine men as both Josh Bourton and Jason Hillis were dismissed, but still earned a 2-2 draw at Saxton Rovers Res, who collected their first point of the season.
Dan Hill and Seb Hickey scored for the visitors, but they were cancelled out by Dave Norbett and Steve Steptoe efforts.
Sutton Courtenay went down 4-1 at home to Burghclere.
Callum Stewart’s effort was not enough to prevent the visitors running away with it thanks to a Joe Lawrence hat-trick and a goal from Alex Smith.
Benson Lions fell off the pace at the summit of Division 3 as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Grove Rangers at the Shrivenham Defence Academy.
Marco Papa’s early second-half strike for Benson was cancelled out by Grove’s Marc Reid. Hanney United fell to a 2-0 defeat at home to league leaders Turnpike Sports thanks to goals from Garry Dredge and Jonny Fox.
Union Street were undone by an Aiden Maycock brace for Hungerford Town Swifts as they slipped to a 2-1 away defeat, with Andy Davies netting for the visitors.
Gareth Fenton hit a hat-trick as Harwell Village beat Abingdon Town Res 7-3, with Paul Churchouse netting twice and Paul Powell and Alan Bertram also on target for the home side.
Sam Webb (2) and Adam Waclawek also scored in vain for Town.
Blewbury were beaten 2-0 at Newbury Town Res with goals from Rob Clare and Rhys Thomas.
