OXFORDSHIRE’S Nathan Patel won the boys’ cup in the Grade 5 10 & under event at St Hugh’s School, Carswell.
He took the honours with a 5-4 win against Berkshire’s Thomas Passmore.
Oxfordshire’s Georgina Halfhead was runner-up in the girls’ event, with Berkshire’s Zara Burney topping the group.
It was Halfhead’s highest finish in a 10 & under event.
