TWO tries from man-of-the-match Dan Tooth and Ed Phillips helped Banbury Bulls win 32-8 at Spartans.
Banbury dominated the first-half possession, but had only a Phillips penalty to show for their efforts.
After the break, fly half Tooth got Banbury moving with an interception try from Spartans’ ten-metre line, converted by scrum half Phillips.
Tooth’s run set up Bulls’ second try, finished by Phillips after he nipped round the edge of a ruck.
Centre James Heywood set up try No 3 for Tooth, converted by Phillips, while Spartans landed a penalty.
