Cumnor and Banbury will do battle in the Oxfordshire Under 17 Competition final at Horspath next Sunday (10.30).
Banbury stormed to a ten-wicket victory at Aston Rowant in the semi-finals after bowling the hosts out for 76.
Sam Pearce, Ollie Clark and Sam Manning each picked up two wickets.
An unbeaten 42 from Brad Taylor then saw Banbury across the line without loss.
Cumnor produced a strong all-round team performance to crush visitors Shipton-under-Wychwood by 92 runs.
James Washbourn-Calcutt’s 52, backed up by Ben Hodder-Williams (35no) and Callum Russell (25) took Cumnor to 163-6 off their 20 overs.
Shipton then fell to 71 all out as Harry Ackland took 3-16.
