Nottingham Forest striker Dexter Blackstock, who began his career with Oxford United before moving to Southampton, has been hit with a suspended three-month ban and fined £60,000 after admitting breaking the Football Association’s betting rules.
The FA has imposed the ban on the 27-year-old, who is recovering from a serious knee injury sustained during a loan spell at Leeds in December, after last month charging him with multiple breaches of conduct.
