OXFORD University turned on the style to run out 31-7 winners away to Ealing Trailfinders last night.
The Dark Blues were 24-0 ahead at the break, having opened the scoring after three minutes through Alexander Macdonald.
Fly half Jacob Taylor was next to cross, Jonathan Hudson converting, and further tries from Macdonald, again converted by Hudson, and centre Ed Doe put the students firmly in command at the interval.
Ealing came out fired up for the second half and reduced the arrears with a converted try.
But the Dark Blues fittingly had the last word with five minutes remaining when Matt Janney crossed for a try, Jacob Taylor converting.
