Kidlington have been handed a home tie against South West Peninsula League Premier Division side Tavistock in the FA Carlsberg Vase second round.
Kidlington eased through on Saturday with a comprehensive 5-1 win over Lymington Town on Saturday, while Tavistock were 3-2 victors over Winterbourne United.
Oxford City Nomads travel to Sydenhams Wessex League champions Blackfield & Langley, and Wantage Town are away to Plymouth Parkway, also of the South West Peninsula League.
The ties are due to be played on Saturday, November 16.
