Kidlington moved closer to Oxford Mail Girls League Under 13 leaders Tower Hill Vixens when they saw off Banbury United’s challenge, emerging 3-1 victors.

Eva Wallace opened the scoring for Kidlington, with Emily Barber adding a second.

Rebecca Tuckey pulled one back for Banbury but Wallace made it a double to kill off the opposition.

Stonesfield Strikers put three past Barton United without reply.

Emma Parker gave them the lead and Megan Johnston added a second.

Hannah Calvert sealed it for Stonesfield with a brilliant turn and strike with ten minutes to go. In the Under 14 section, high-flying Kidlington despatched Tower Hill Vixens 6-2.

Lucy Durham (2), Abi Haynes (2), and Milly Simmonds (2) netted for Kidlington with Ciera Harris, from the penalty spot, and Abigail Greenfield replying for Vixens.

Bloxham hammered five without reply against Carterton Town. An excellent display from Emily Parker saw her bang in a hat-trick with further strikes from Rosie Ann Gowing and Jemma Welling sealing the points. Emily Soffe, Amy Loveridge, Alana Jones and Annie Jaquest led Benson Unitetd a 4-1 win over Wantage. Hannah Jarvis got the consolation for the home side.

Oxford City edged home 4-3 against Kidlington in a seven-goal Under 15’s thriller.

Ellie Larkin poked the ball away to open the scoring and Shelley Knight added a screamer to give City a 2-0 interval lead.

Rosie McCabe pulled one back for Kidlington from the spot before Knight and Larkin struck again.

Emily Young and Cloe Woodward made it 4-3, but City held on.

Didcot Casuals and Highworth Town and shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw.

Chloe Scanlon put Highworth in front, but Charlotte Guppy levelled.

Tower Hill Vixens went top of the Under 11 League after their 4-0 win over Carterton Town.

Milly Wilkinson and Charmaine Leach put Vixens clear, with Georgia Smith doubling their advantage.

Oxford City shaded the first half against Summertown Stars and led through a Molly Jones goal.

But Summertown squared it when Sofia Mori struck from long range.

In the Under 16/17s, Chinnor beat Oxford Bluebirds 5-3.

Sarah Dougall (2), Jo Taylor (2) and Aimee O’Connor got their goals. Alexia Barry (2) and Kiera Isaac replied.
