Oxford went down by six wickets to Lutterworth in their ECB Division 1 East clash.
Hannah Burr provided the fireworks for Oxford with a hard-hitting 54, which included eight fours and two sixes. Under 15 Emily Day chipped in with 22, but Oxford were unable to capitalise and were bowled out for 120, Kate Scott doing most of the damage with 4-36.
In reply, an opening stand of 86 between skipper Anna Kingstone and Shilpa Batra put the result beyond doubt. Twins Charley and Ellie Noble took two wickets each, but the hosts eased home with six wickets to spare.
