Riley A won the Gentworks Oxford & District League’s Stephen Reiss Cup with a 4-1 victory over Cowley Conservative A in the final.
The win was set up by Moss, who trounced Dick Hashman 200-101.
Terry Cook, receiving 30 points, pipped Gary Bough 200-197 to level the tie.
But with Riley having a huge points advantage, Cowley’s Keith Pearce conceded the match when trailing Malcolm Bough 105-95.
In the semi-finals of the Oxford Times Cup, Simon Aries beat Nigel Bossom 500-322, while Bob Chivers saw off Gordon Cook 500-377.
