NICK Gardner captained Oxbridge Under 23s to a resounding 69-24 victory over their Combined Services counterparts at Twickenham.
The Dark Blues’ Varsity Match winning hooker led the mixed Oxford and Cambridge University in an 11-try demolition.
Cambridge’s Danny Holmes (3), Seb Tullie (2), Andy Abraham (2) and Max Mather all scored tries, while Oxford’s Seb Williams, Will Fell and Jon Hudson also crossed over.
Abraham kicked seven conversions.
