Sam Fisher, the first boy from Oxford HC, to receive international recognition, received a special award at the club’s junior presentation night at Oxford Brookes Sports Centre.

Fisher, who represented England in the Under 16 European Championships, accepted his prize from chairman John Dykes in front of an audience of 300.

Other notable achievements during the season included the under 18 and under 16 boys winning the Mercian League titles,plus the under 16 boys and the under 14 girls reaching national finals.
