OXFORD enjoyed a perfect start to the season with a nine-wicket home win over Plumtree.
Emilia Bartram returned the stunning figures of 4-6 from five overs as Plumtree were all out for 35.
Lucy Gladdy (4-11) and Charlotte Kemp (2-9) wrapped it up.
Emma Boswell crashed 30 from 25 balls as Oxford raced to 38-1.
Charlbury went down by three wickets at home to Lutterworth.
Gemma Muttit (34) and Louise Myatt (27no) were the mainstay’s of Charlbury’s 125 all out.
Naomi Hodkinson, 13, took 2-14 in Lutterworth’s reply, but the visitors reached 126-7.
Banbury have been accepted into the Midlands League and will host Horton House on their debut in Division 2 Northants on Sunday, June 9.
