VIKINGS A won the Aubrey Hughes Handicap Shield after defeating Forum G in the final at Gladiators Club.
Forum had a 240-point handicap advantage, but Vikings eased home 420-382.
The handicapping proved spot on until Vikings’ Alan Cherry scored heavily.
- OXFORD’S team of Karl Bushell, Alan Cherry and Andy Misseldine won 10-0 at Stafford to go top of Midland Veterans League Division 1.
