LONDON Welsh’s Lyn Jones has been nominated for the Aviva Premiership’s coach of the season award.
Exiles head coach Jones is shortlisted for the QBE Director of Rugby of the Season award alongside Richard Cockerill (Leicester Tigers), Mark McCall (Saracens) and Dai Young (London Wasps).
Jones is nominated for his against-the-odds efforts to make unfancied Welsh, who play at Oxford's Kassam Stadium, competitive for much a season, which will end in relegation.
