Oxfordshire beat Oxford University 28-15 in the Under 20 National Shield semi-final at Iffley Road and will face Eastern Counties in the final at Coventry on May 4.
The Dark Blues led 15-6 going into the last quarter, but Oxon stormed back with tries from Leo Fielding, Peter Moore and Jack Horwood.
Will Millett added a penalty and two conversions to his two first-half penalties.
