North Leigh paid the price for missed chances in a disappointing Evo-Stik Soutehrn League Division 1 South & West defeat at Eynsham Park on Saturday.

The Millers should have gone ahead on 18 minutes when Kieran Sanders broke clear, only to curl his shot wide of Joe Perry in the Clevedon goal.

The y were to regret that miss when Clevedon went ahead when a low drive from Adi Adams beat Sam Warrell at his near post.

Two minutes later, Clevedon doubled their lead when a cross from Kye Mountfield dropped over Warrell into the far corner of the net.

Just before the break, Conor McDonagh saw his shot hit the inside of a post and rebound to Perry.

Adams missed a penalty after the break when Stuart Hole handled.

Substitute Szymon Gromek netted No 3 and although Sanders clawed one back, it was too late.
