Aston Rowant entertain Gerrards Cross, while Great & Little Tew visit Dinton.
Banbury, who have a bye, will be at home to Oxford or Reading in round two on Bank Holiday Monday, May 27.
Aston Rowant will visit Henley if they overcome Gerrards Cross, while the winners of Dinton and Great Tew will be at home to Burnham.
Meanwhile, the Home Counties will hold an extraordinary general meeting at High Wycombe on Tuesday, April 23 to approve a proposal for one-day 50-overs matches to form half of the league programme this season.
