Oxfordshire women warmed up for their ECB County Championship Division 3 match against Gloucestershire this weekend with a four-wicket win over Bedfordshire at Freeland.
Bedfordshire were bowled out for 139 after being put in to bat, with Caitie Burton taking 3-7.
Ellie Norton, Lucy Gladdy and Genny Porter picked up two wickets apiece, while Porter held five catches.
Suzy Halsey, with a quickfire 43, and Rhian Todd, with a steady 40, put on 84 for the first wicket, before Oxon lost four wickets for 19 runs. It was left then to captain Gemma Muttitt (25no) to see Oxon home at 143-6.
Oxon face Gloucestershire at Thornbury CC, Bristol, on Sunday.
