OXFORD Harlequins, who are already relegated, fell away to lose 50-13 at Amersham & Chiltern.
Quins, who have now conceded more than 1,000 points, trailed 17-13 around the half-hour mark, but lapses at crucial times cost them dear.
Amersham took the lead with a sixth-minute try from centre Sam Portland, converted by flanker Dan Wood.
Wood added a penalty, but Quins raised their game, led by lock Will Clayton and flanker Mike Forde.
On 20 minutes, lock Luke Brown’s lineout catch led to flanker Seisoni Tupou being driven over for Quins.
Quins full back Will Hilton added a penalty before a try from Amersham centre David Skelton made it 17-8.
Prop Pete Boulton drove over, but that was as good as it got for the visitors.
Tries from scrum half Rhys Keith and right wing James Carty, both converted by Wood, made it 31-13 at the break.
Fly half Joey Todd’s clearance kick was charged down, allowing home prop Rei Manaia to score a try, converted by Wood.
Wood converted a further try from left wing Tim Lloyd, while lock Jono Bradbury completed Amersham’s tally.
