Ten-man CR Marks Kirtlington pulled off one of the shocks off the second round as the UTV League Division 3 side knocked Division 1 outfit Standlake Garage out of the OFA Sam Waters Cup with a 4-1 victory.
On the half-hour mark CR Marks's goalkeeper Steve Brock was sent off, before a strike from Matt Tarry and an own goal from Jack Bennett saw them take a 2-0 lead.
Stefan Lutener (pictured, right) and Jordan Blinker completed their tally, with Chris Bennell replying.
Substitute Lee Dixon bagged a double as Dorchester United thrashed Morrells of Oxford Premier Division side Highfield Social Club 5-0. Luke Saunders, Brian Marshall and Gary Nesbitt got the others.
Oxford Yellows fought back to beat Nelson 3-2 after extra time.
Trailing 2-0, a brace from Yellows' Sean Flaherty took the tie into extra time where Ronnie Kabwebwe hit the winner.
Richard Wells fired in a six-timer for AFC Kidlington as they demolished Paddocks 14-1.
Mark White scored four, while his brother Andy was also on target. Chris Mullard, Adam and Stuart Wells completed their tally.
Sumbu Okita bagged a brace for OARFDC as they won 3-2 at Witwood Wanderers. Joel Mpetis got the other.
Horseshoe knocked out Henley Town with a 4-2 win. Arron Mullis hit a brace, while Steve Godfrey and Chris Herbert also netted.
Matty Tomkins scored the only goal as AFC Oxford went through with a 1-0 home against AFC St Johns.
AFC Cowley had a man sent off as they went down to a 4-3 defeat at Goring United.
Jerome McKoy, Daniel Barrett and Rupert Fryer scored for Cowley.
A Michael Clifton double was in vain as Henry Box OBs bowed out after a 7-6 penalty shoot-out defeat by Musketeer Albion. The game had been locked at 2-2 after extra-time.
Chinnor Exiles are through after a 2-0 victory against Mansfield Road.
After a goalless first half, Exiles took the lead when captain Ryan Davis headed home Paul Searl's long throw, with Stuart Braun sealing victory.
UYS United lost 5-3 at home against Rose & Crown Chipping Warden.
Sunil Nair, Lee Washington and Ali Haval netted for UYS.
Cold Arbour bowed out as they lost 2-0 at Six Bells Kidlington, thanks to a Daniel Mason penalty and a Luke Holden strike.
Ben Moses hit a hat-trick as Riverside crushed Rovers 7-1. Marlon James and Ronnie Williams both netted doubles to complete the rout.
Goals from Phil Wivan, Leon Carter and Richard Crapper were in vain as Iffley Harriers lost 5-3 at home to FC Henley.
