He recorded legs of 13, 13 and 14 darts to beat Dion Newman (26.41) 3-0.
The sides were level at 4-4 after wins from Tuns’ Jack Wright, Roger Haines, Jon Jukes (28.24) and Ronnie Anderson, Horse & Jockey replying via White, Mark Boswell, Steven Wright, Lee Russell (26.22) and Matthew Kipping. In the decider, Pete Hall beat John Russell 3-2 as Tuns edged home 5-4.
Windrush Club (Witney) closed the gap on leaders Rothschild Arms, beating them 5-4 thanks to Paddy Kearns (25.28), Ian Moss (26.37), Ade Larner (24.09), Nigel Russell and Mark Breakspear.
Terry Davis (24.92), Stuart Dutton (27.12), Gary Price and Karl Deacon replied.
Wantage Town saw off White Lion 6-3 as Adam Bowman, Dennis Smith (26.51). Preben Krabben, Paul Oakley, John Newland (25.63) and Tom Baughan (25.06) all won. Luke Smith, Wayne Warren and Paul Wanless replied for Lion.
Green Road Club (Kidlington) saw off Highfield 5-4.
