Abingdon Vale’s Emily Ford won five gold medals in Rushmoor Royals’ autumn long-course meet in Aldershot.
The ten-year-old entered five races and won the lot as well as smashing Vale’s long-course club records.
She won the 200m individual medley (2mins 58.65 secs), the 200m backstroke (2.54.32), the 50m butterfly (35.07), the 50m backstroke (37.80) and the 100m backstroke (1.21.10).
